Two clinical days is a real cost, and you should not have to email anyone to work out what you are committing to. 8 of these are still with the secretariat, and those say so rather than guessing.
What does the registration rate include?
Every tier includes full access to both days, lunch and the gala dinner, and the hands-on simulation sessions. The accommodation and travel tiers add to that; each card above lists exactly what it carries.
How much is it, and when will rates be published? Being confirmed
Rates are being finalised and will be announced shortly. Express your interest and we will send them to you the moment they are set, before general announcement.
Are the rates inclusive of GST? Being confirmed
The tax treatment is being confirmed with the secretariat and will be stated plainly alongside the rates, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
Is there a concessional rate for fellows, nurses or technologists? Being confirmed
The course is built for the whole cath-lab team: interventional and clinical cardiologists, fellows in training, and cath-lab nurses and technologists. Whether those categories carry a separate rate is with the organising committee. Write to us and we will come back to you directly.
What do the accommodation and travel tiers actually cover? Being confirmed
Accommodation is at the Hyatt Regency Chennai, where the course is held. The number of nights each tier carries, and the cities travel can be arranged from, are being confirmed and will be published with the rates.
When is the registration deadline? Being confirmed
Registration has not opened yet, so no deadline applies. It will be published with the rates.
What are the cancellation and refund terms? Being confirmed
The 2026 terms are being prepared and will be published with the rates. Until then, nothing you send through this page commits you to anything.
Does the course carry CME accreditation? Being confirmed
Accreditation is being applied for. We will confirm the position, and the credit hours, before registration opens.
Can you provide a visa invitation letter?
Yes. Faculty and delegates travelling from outside India can request an invitation letter once a place is confirmed. Write to asiaaicc@gmail.com with your passport name and country and we will arrange it.
When will the scientific program be published? Being confirmed
The session highlights are on the program page now. Session times, the day-by-day agenda and the faculty attached to each session follow once the scientific committee signs them off.
